1. Introduction

Welcome to NakedTurtle IPTV ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your use of our website and services operated by NakedTurtle IPTV.

3. Subscriptions

At the end of each period, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or NakedTurtle IPTV cancels it.

3.1 Free Trial

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time. You may be required to enter your billing information to sign up for the free trial.

If you do not cancel the subscription before the free trial period is over, we will automatically charge the subscription fee for the type of subscription you have selected.

3.2 Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team. You will not receive a refund for the fees you already paid for your current subscription period, and you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current subscription period.

4. Refunds

Except when required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.

Certain refund requests may be considered by NakedTurtle IPTV on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of NakedTurtle IPTV.

5. Content

Our Service allows you to access content provided through various third-party sources. The content you access through our Service remains the property of the applicable content providers and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

NakedTurtle IPTV is a service provider and does not host or produce any of the content available through our Service. All channels, movies, TV shows, and other content are provided by third parties over which NakedTurtle IPTV has no control.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service, or contact our support team to request account deletion.
